Valentine coasters and more hexagon fun

I sometimes go overboard. Especially when it comes to doodling and creating new designs. And as I planned our coaster series this month it was hard choosing what design to share. So I decided on four. Of course. I had another two ideas, but knew I should stop at that.

So here I am, taking pics for the instructions. And as I arrange what turns out to be my favorite coaster in this series I suddenly see a new possibility. Hmmm… what would you say: candle mat or table topper?

Then I finally found a chance to sit down and start browsing through my new books. I started with those on EPP, and just had to try out the alternative techniques they present. You can read my review of these two books here.

Now I’m not only hooked on EPP, but on miniature EPP! Check this little flower out, measuring only 1.25″! How cool is that?
