Ok, so admittedly I wasn’t feeling ecstatic about my sewing accomplishments so far this year (it seems like so little as compared to how much I would like to do). So to cheer myself up I’ve done a little evaluating about what I have accomplished as a designer this year…
BOMs
Mug rugs and table toppers…
Wall hangings and other quilts…
Christmas in July…
Block collections… (don’t ask me how many blocks – I’ve lost count!)
Oh, boy! Now I’m feeling REALLY GOOD about myself! 
I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I am learning how to dye my own fabrics and am dabbling with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.

Definitivamente, cada año la práctica te ha hecho más productiva y creativa. En tres años que llevo de estar suscrita a tu página, he disfrutado de tus diseños cada vez más definidos, imaginativos y especiales. Sin embargo, no por ello los primeros desmerecen. Por el contrario, los más sencillos son ideales para quienes comienzan a entusiasmarse con esta técnica.
