Once again, today is not really about quilting. Except in as peering into another creative mind will often spark ideas in our own. And that you can relate to quilting.
Becca is the creative mind behind Blue Cricket Design. And you will not be able to pin her down to one specific craft. And what she is really, really good at – in addition to her own tutorials – is bringing a variety of guest bloggers together to share some pretty amazing tutorials, in a variety of crafts.
Becca does sew, and will admit that fabric is her “drug of choice.” So this is one of the areas she focuses on really well, and she features guests who share some absolutely wonderful sewing tutorials. Some of my favorites are a Ruffled Bonnet by The Cottage Home, an absolutely darling Owl Bunting by Spunky Junky, not to mention an out of this world Burlap and Corn husk DIY Table Runner by It’s always a party at the Parkers.
In all honesty, however, what really grabs me about this blog is the home decor projects. I won’t elaborate here, because you will really want to browse this blog on your own. But just let me leave you with this image… it just blows me away and I definitely want to make it!
Now put on a big pot of coffee (a cup won’t do!) and run on over to visit Becca. You’ll need an hour or two!
