Mid-year, that is. As usual, time flies when you’re having fun, and this year has been no exception. In just a few days, July will be rolling in.

Summer has come
And what that means in this little corner of the world where I live is that the rains have pretty much stopped. Temperatures at night can still get pretty cold, but during the day the sun is out… and it is windy. 🙂

I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I love to dye my own fabrics, am a fanatic of free-motion quilting, and dabble with mixed media.
