In addition to quilting, I love to crochet, knit, and cross-stitch. Lately I have been trying to make sure I make time each week for at least one of these activities.
This last week I was able to make these two fun little gnomes.
The pattern is from Mufficorn, a Ukranian designer. I really love her designs, and am planning on making more further down the line.
I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I love to dye my own fabrics, am a fanatic of free-motion quilting, and dabble with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.
