Another Thursday. More fun sewing with friends. Not the least of which is that on these days we get to talk to our friend Mariangela. Not as good as having her here with us, but nonetheless we are sure grateful for the technology that allows us to keep in touch.
Today Bachita finished putting the binding on her dove quilt. All finished now! I think my friends’ projects really turned out well, and don’t know which I like best! They are all so beautiful!
I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I am learning how to dye my own fabrics and am dabbling with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.
