It’s Thursday again! And my friends will be arriving shortly for our weekly sewing circle. I decide to finish a couple of things on the computer, and when I check my mail I find a new message from Mariangela, with photos of the project she is currently working on.
It’s not the same as having her here with us, but it’s nice to keep in touch and continue to sew together… even at a distance. And, as usual, Mariangela is busy as a bee and gets sooooo much sewing done! Isn’t her project lovely?
I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I am learning how to dye my own fabrics and am dabbling with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.
