On a drawing roll

Someone asked a little while back if I would be sharing a sneak peek at any time of the BOM projects we are planning for 2011. And while I prefer to keep the expectations high, sometimes I just can’t help myself. 🙂

You see, I’ve been on a roll. I try to draw every day, but that isn’t always possible. Either because I have other activities planned or because inspiration just doesn’t come to me on a given day. Then there are days like yesterday, when I have a hard time stopping. I actually drew 42 designs. What this means is that an entire BOM will come out of this effort. Maybe even two. Half of what I draw normally does not even get used in our website projects, and will probably end up as a EQ library file.

In the meantime, I’m quite happy with my productivity. The next step will be planning a fun layout.

So here’s the sneak peek!

    It’s going to be beautiful.

I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I love to dye my own fabrics, am a fanatic of free-motion quilting, and dabble with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.
