After completing her two terms away at a college exchange program, my “baby” Jamie will be coming home a week from tomorrow! Yay! And she will be bringing Alexia and Julian back with her for their two-month summer vacation. Double yay!

A little machine quilting
I haven’t had much time to sew these last few days. And it was almost two weeks ago that I sandwiched Jamie’s quilt and then had to set it aside. It seems there are just never enough hours in the day to get everything I want done. Sigh.

Jamie countdown
It’s still a ways off, but in my mind I’ve started to count the days until Jamie will be home again. Still another couple of months away, but that’s nothing, right? Just about enough time to start getting ready for her return. (-:

It’s not easy being green
Jamie’s favorite color is green. And lemon green at that. Especially if it’s tart. I don’t know if that is because she is fond of Kermit the Frog or if she likes Kermit because he is green.
