Priceless

It’s that time of year and it’s been raining for days around here. When that happens the temperature goes down and we start to get rather chilly. And no, not the low temperatures that all of you folks endure in areas with snow. The difference here is that since the cold rarely goes to below zero, we do not live with central heating systems. And although I am always tempted to push myself a little too hard at times, I am trying to learn to relax a bit more. I am a self-learner. I taught myself to sew and to quilt. And I taught myself how to draw. I love to dye my own fabrics, am a fanatic of free-motion quilting, and dabble with mixed media. I am a quilt designer and teacher, and design and publish my own line of quilt patterns. With this blog I would like to share the bits and pieces of my life.
