Christmas has *officially* begun!

Julian and Alexia arrived  late Wednesday evening. So none of us got to bed until the wee, wee hours of morning. Yesterday became a day to rest and relax… Read More »

The cutest little gift envelopes you have ever seen!

Ok, I’m biased. Because these little envelopes came to me as an *inspiration* a couple of weeks ago. I was going to make a couple of the hexagon shapes for stocking stuffers, and then started wondering what other shapes would look like. And, as usual, I had a hard time stopping. Read More »

Crocheted napkin holders

I am now approaching 100% Christmas mode (as I sit hear listening to Josh Groban’s Noel album… full blast). And I haven’t even started decorating the house. That will have to wait until the 15th, when Alexia and Julian arrive. For me, Christmas is really about family time, and especially about doing things with the kids. So from the 16th on, I expect we will all be in full Christmas mode. 🙂 Read More »

Fabric origami star

One of the fun things about this time of year is seeing how other people are creatively inspired. And although I cannot spend as much time blog hopping as I would like, I do make it a point to spend a few minutes every day (okay, half an hour!) checking out creative Christmas crafts. Read More »

On a drawing roll

Someone asked a little while back if I would be sharing a sneak peek at any time of the BOM projects we are planning for 2011. And while I prefer to keep the expectations high, sometimes I just can’t help myself. 🙂 Read More »
